Mr. Orlofsky has been a litigator specializing in complex civil law suits for over thirty years. He has represented both individuals and Fortune 500 corporations in a wide variety of matters including class actions, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, ERISA, anti-trust, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and zoning.
Mr. Orlofsky has successfully mediated numerous cases, bringing his thirty years of litigation experience to his role as a mediator. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations, he brings a keen understanding of what both plaintiffs and defendants are seeking to accomplish in litigation, and how a settlement might be achieved.
